Rita Khoo

Rita Khoo Lee Ying is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in premium hospitality, training, and personal development. She served as a Premium Service Ambassador for Cathay Pacific Airways First Class and later as a Learning and Development Executive within the airline’s Inflight Services Training and Development (ISTD) division. In this role, she trained cabin crew to deliver service excellence at the highest level.

Beyond her expertise in service and training, Rita contributed as a writer for Cathay Pacific’s in-house magazine Jetset and other internal communications, sharing insights and perspectives with a wide readership. Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of engaging with media leaders, captains of industry, heads of state, and royalty, bringing both experience and a deep understanding of people into every interaction.

More recently, Rita has expanded her portfolio as a graduate of Etiquette & Image International, earning her certification as an Etiquette Proficiency Trainer (EPT). She is also an affiliated member of The Etiquette Alliance International, Asia Pacific. This new role, which she finds both meaningful and fulfilling, allows her to guide individuals in mastering etiquette, professionalism, and presence.
