Midhu Francis is a certified Etiquette Proficiency Trainer (EPT) under the mentorship of Ms. Agnes Koh, Founder and Director of The Etiquette Alliance International, Asia Pacific. She is an accredited and affiliated trainer, proudly representing the institution’s mission of cultivating grace, poise, and excellence in personal and professional etiquette.

A compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, Midhu has devoted her career to healthcare and personal development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and an Advanced Diploma in Nursing from Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. Her strong academic foundation and clinical expertise have empowered her to deliver quality care with empathy, leadership, and integrity.

Beyond her nursing career, Midhu’s grace and confidence have also been celebrated in the world of pageantry. She was crowned Mrs. Iconic 2021, a title under the Mrs. Singapore Beauty Queen platform. In 2020, she earned the Mrs. Singapore Beauty Queen Award and was a Top Finalist for the Ms. Popular Title.
