Jane is a certified Etiquette Proficiency Trainer under the tutorship of Ms Agnes Koh, founder of the prestigious Etiquette Alliance International. She is an affiliated trainer with her accreditation and certification she attained.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Driven by her passion for language and education, she pursued and obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2020, further deepening her understanding of language acquisition and communication dynamics.

For over two decades, Jane has dedicated herself to nurturing young minds, and leading and empowering educators through professional development in the education sector. She has honed her expertise in fostering excellence and leadership. Her teams had attained numerous awards including Outstanding Contribution Awards and Innovation Awards. Her unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence to the field of education were duly recognized when she received the Public Service Commendation Medal in 2018.

A firm believer in the power of etiquette in enriching lives and fostering positive change, Jane is deeply passionate to help individuals master the art of etiquette. As she journeyed through different stages of life, she had witnessed the transformative impact of etiquette on individuals’ confidence, relationships, and professional success firsthand. To her, etiquette is about empowering individuals to become the best versions of ourselves – confident, respectful, being culturally aware, and enabling us to build genuine connections.  Etiquette is about establishing meaningful relationships with others as we navigate life’s social complexities with grace, confidence, and poise.

As an etiquette instructor, Jane’s expertise lies in her wealth of experience as an educator and leader. Her dynamic approach, combined with her proven track record of success, ensures that individuals will receive exceptional guidance in navigating social and professional settings.
