CET 1 – CORPORATE IMPRESSION MANAGEMENT

Dining is a pleasure, not a pressure.  It is an art. How many of you have that flair? What are the rules to perfect hosting, how to be a gracious guest, what to say, how to behave at the table, what to order, and when to start a business conversation, et cetera.  Learn table settings so you can dine at different themes of restaurants, do’s and don’ts on food and beverage, the art of wine and dine, savvy conversational skills, and ways to build rapport in a formal entertainment.

Dining etiquette is also very critical to career and job search success. Employers are very particular on your conduct during meals the way you handle social situations, particularly for duties that require certain demeanor and diplomacy.  Your persona, experience, and behaviour are an opportunity to showcase your elegance to your dignitaries.

CET 5 – RAPPORT BUILDING, NETWORKING & MINGLING SKILLS
